I’m planning on doing IVF, how can I use the Tilly App?

You can use the Tilly app in many way.  Tilly is the best fertility app that gives you a 360° support before, during and after fertility treatment. Find fertility facts verified by leading fertility doctors, and discuss questions and worries with others on the same journey. Keep track of your fertility treatment plan in Tilly’s easy-to-use calendar. Get reminders of medications and appointments and collect all results in one place. Find others who are doing the same fertility treatment as you or just share your feelings with others who understand what you are going through.

I have PCOS, can I use the Tilly App?

Of course, you can find a lot of articles regarding PCOS under ‘Learn’, speak to fellows in the community about experiences and issues, track your cycle and get reminders of medications (if you have any).

I have an android phone, can I use the Tilly App?

Unfortunately we only provide Tilly on the app store at the moment. Our limited resources made us realize that we have to start somewhere. However, we hope to expand soon to make the app accessible in the android store as well. 

Is the app available in languages other than English?

We really wish we could make the app accessible in every language. For now we do not have the resources and therefore put the effort into reaching as many people as possible. We also see an advantage in sharing experiences over borders. The first step we are working on is to be able to translate every post in the community. Fingers crossed and thank you for the patience!

Who do I contact if I have an issue with the app?

First of all - we’re sorry. We continuously work on developing and improving the app but sometimes small bugs sneak their way into the app without us noticing. If you experience an issue, bug or if you want to report anything else - please write to us at hello@mytilly.co.

What is the Tilly community all about?

Going through fertility issues ourselves we felt that we were missing someone to talk to, both just to vent but also to discuss and find answers together with others going through the same thing. In the Tilly community you can ask others about IVF, ICSI, Egg donation, sperm donation, ovulation stimulation - or just shout out for some support from others who understand what you are going through.

I want to be anonymous in the community, is that possible? 

Yes. The name you register in your profile is the one that will be shown to other members of the community, your email address and birth date is alway anonymous. 

How can I improve my fertility?

We have amazing articles talking about how to improve your fertility, you find them under ‘Learn’ - or why not ask all the other members in the Tilly Community?!

I am not sure if I need to do fertility treatment, how can I find out?

Tilly is there to guide you regardless of which stage of your fertility journey you are. If you are worried and have questions about your fertility, your cycle or regarding different symptoms you can find guidance in the Tilly learn section and also chat with Tilly to find out if a fertility investigation is the right next step for you.

Our issue is male factor, what can we do?

Male fertility issues are just as common as female and as both both “parties” are needed in order to make a child Tilly also covers male fertility. In our community we have users undergoing treatment due to male factor such as ICSI or discussing diagnoses such as azoospermia, low motility or high DNA fragmentation.
